Your Guide to Caucuses on Feb. 4 in Minnetonka

Minnesota’s precinct caucuses are Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 7 p.m. Find the location of your caucus by visiting the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website or see below for details. 

Depending on where you live in the city, Minnetonka residents reside in senate districts 44, 48 or 49. This November, a governor and Minnesota U.S. Senator are among the positions that will be elected. For information on what goes on at a caucus, go here.

If you're a Republican...

• Senate District 48 Republicans will meet at Eden Prairie High School in the South Commons (17185 Valley View Road) in Eden Prairie. Registration starts at 6 p.m. There will be a short program beginning at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting begins promptly at 7 p.m. You should already be registered and in place by 7 p.m., so be sure to arrive early.

• Senate District 44 Republicans will meet in two locations, depending on where you live.

Minnetonka W3PB, W3PCD, W3PDB, W3PE meets at Wayzata Central Middle School (305 Vicksburg Lane North) in Plymouth.

Minnetonka W1PE, W1PF, W2PA, W2PB, W2PC, W2PD, W2PE, W3PA meets at Wayata East Middle School (12000 Ridgemount Ave.) in Plymouth.

The meeting begins promptly at 7 p.m. You should already be registered and in place by 7 p.m.

• Senate District 49 Republicans, in precincts that are located in Edina, Eden Prairie precinct 8 and Minnetonka precincts 1B and 1C, will meet at South View Middle School (4725 Southview Lane) in Edina. The caucus begins at 7 p.m.

If you're a Democrat...

• Senate District 48 Democrats will host their precinct caucus in the East Commons at Eden Prairie High School (17185 Valley View Road) in Eden Prairie The gathering begins at 6:30 p.m.
