Condo: 10311 Cedar Lake Road #215. This one-bed, one-bath, 812-square foot condo sold for $23,000. List price was $32,500.

House: 3135 Birch Place. This two-bed, one-bath 742-square foot, one-story home sold for $56,000. List price was $61,900.

Most Expensive

Condo: 11460 Fairfield Road W #401. This three-bed, three-bath, 3,024-square foot condo sold for $525,000. List price was $549,000.

House: 2080 Meeting Street. This four-bed, six-bath, 6,901-square foot home sold for $1.95 million. The list price was $2.5 million.
