Update: Shoppes On 101 Take Shape
Tenants include Noodles & Co., SportClips, Cherry Berry Frozen Yogurt, Sherwin Williams, Potbelly Sandwich Works, The Joint and Sprint.
Progress is being made at Shoppes on 101.
The 14,000 square foot retail center is located in the front parking lot of the high-volume Cub Foods grocery store at the intersection of Highway 7 and County Road 101 in Minnetonka.
As of this week, outside construction is complete, according to owner H.J. Development of Wayzata. They have now turned the units over to the tenants for indoor construction.

The development is fully leased. Tenants include Noodles & Co., SportClips, Cherry Berry Frozen Yogurt, Sherwin Williams, Potbelly Sandwich Works, The Joint (a chiropractor) and Sprint Stores by ASW.
SportsClips has made the most progress, including an outside sign, and will open in the beginning of December. Sherwin Williams, a paint store, will be second, opening sometime in December. Noodles & Co. says they will be ready to open 8 weeks from today, putting their opening date sometime in mid-January.

The others are not starting construction until late December and will open sometime after the New Year.
