Minnetonka Company Expanding Salt-Substitute Production
Salt for Life is building a plant in Fargo, ND.
Nu-Tek Food Science in Minnetonka is expanding into North Dakota.
The company makes Salt for Life and is building a new plant in Fargo, according to a story in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
"Salt for Life is a modified potassium chloride that has 70 percent less sodium than table salt," Don Mower, president and chief operating officer, told the Business Journal.
