Bar Louie Coming to Ridgedale Center
The bar and restaurant will move into the old Applebee's space.
A Bar Louie franchise is planned for the former Ridgedale Center Applebee’s site, according to plans filed with the City of Minnetonka.
“Bar Louie is an eclectic bar and restaurant franchise that is finished in local architectural touches. It is famous for their handcrafted martini menu and American style food, traditionally and regionally inspired,” Ryan D. Haro—a project director with Tanek Inc., the architecture and design firm working on the project—wrote in the documents filed with the city.
The restaurant, which also has a Minnesota franchise in Uptown, will occupy 7,000 square feet on the west side of the mall. There will also be 4,500 square feet of patio space, with greenery and two fire pits. It will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
