Banfield Pet Hospital Headed to Westwind Plaza

The company will offer a variety of pet care services.

Pet owners should soon have a new place to take their furry friends.

The City Council on Monday signed off on a conditional use permit necessary for Banfield Pet Hospital to move into the Westwind Plaza shopping center  at 4777 County Road 101. The hospital will occupy nearly 3,000 square feet of space between Beijing Restaurant and Bruegger’s Bagels.

The hospital will “include full service veterinary care, including full diagnostic capabilities, a surgery suite, pharmacy and retail pet supply sales,” according to the request from the architect.
