Think Pink: Breast Cancer Awareness Events in Minnetonka
Here's how you can participate and donate to the cause.
October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and whether you love the salon, walking or learning about the newest research, there are several different ways to support the cause.
In Minnetonka, Lili Salon participates in "Spa for Bras" every Friday in October from 5-8 p.m. In addition to light refreshments and parting gifts with any spa service, Lili will donate 10 percent of all spa proceeds to the Breast Cancer Society.
This month at The Marsh, visitors are asked to "exercise in pink" between Oct. 7-13. Customers can get a manicure or pedicure in the spa where they will feature Spa Rituals “Pink” collection which donates a portion of its proceeds to Cancer Schmancer.
