Minnetonka Artist Displays Work in 'Our Earth' Show

Flow Art Space in Minneapolis presents the exhibition Our Earth.

Twenty-seven visual artists, including Minnetonka resident Linda Deg Lee, honor, examine, and celebrate our relationship to planet earth using a wide variety of media. This juried group show runs April 18-May 5, with an artist reception on Friday, April 20 from 6-9 p.m.

Minnetonka resident Linda Deg Lee's large acrylic painting on canvas titled "Sediba" is part of her study of the systems of living organisms on a primal level. Concentric cells imply growth, change, process and interconnectivity. The closed cells grow and become more complex with each added ring. Lee's work reminds us of the intricacy and awesome complexity of these ancient yet regenerative building blocks.
