2012 Hopkins High School grad Holly Henry was quick to wow judges on her first episode of The Voice.
Within seconds of hearing her start Coldplay's "The Scientist," country star Blake Shelton buzzed in his approval Henry—known as Holly Heinrich when she was in school.
CeeLo Green, Christina Aguilera or Adam Levine all were willing to work with Henry, as well. But Henry chose Shelton.
Henry is a 19-year-old Minneapolis resident who works as a waitress at a pancake house because she can't afford college, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Henry told the judges that she is a songwriter who doesn’t perform at all.
