NOW is the time to get ready for the fruits of summer. Be ready to "jam" when the berries, peaches, rhubarb and more are at their peak of taste and availablilty. Learn the difference between the various preserves and have the opportunity to taste each. We will prepare a batch of jelly from start to finish and take home a jar to enjoy.
