When and Where Can I Drop Off My Leaves in Minnetonka?

The City's leaf drop-off site opens this month.

Cool mornings and the start of September has residents preparing for fall. According to the City of Minnetonka’s website, the fall leaf drop-off site will open on Sept. 14.

Here are a few things to keep in mind before hauling your leaves:

  1. Bring your I.D. to verify that you’re a Minnetonka resident.
  2. Be prepared to “unbag” your leaves. The site does not accept bagged leaves.
  3. The City suggests using many layers of tarps between layers of about a foot of leaves.

The drop off site is located at the Public Works facility at 11522 Minnetonka Blvd.
