Weekend Planner: Beaches, Boats & Bingo!

Check out Minnetonka Patch's list of fun events for this weekend. There's something for everyone!

  • When: Starting Friday, June 10 the beach will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

  • Why Go: Let the summer swimming fun begin. Visitors will also enjoy the new community play area.
  • Price: $5 per person (Ages 2 and under are free), $3 per person after 6 p.m.; Season pass rates are also available at the .

BINGO for Seniors

  • When: Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 9:30-11:00 a.m.
  • Where:
  • Why Go: Eleven local small businesses, specializing in serving seniors, will be calling the games and serving treats. No experience required! Everyone is invited for 90-minutes of BINGO and treats! Free and open to all seniors.
  • Price: Free

  • Why Go: Whether you're interested in joining the Chamber Choir for girls in grades 9 through 12,  or simply love listening to the music, community members are invited to attend this open rehearsal.

  • When: Saturday, June 11 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, June 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

  • Why Go: Get out and see art in all its forms. An art tent for kids and a beer/wine tent for adults.
