2014 Ralph Burnet Scholarships Given to Local Students
Coldwell Banker Burnet has presented a local high school graduate, Rachel Davis, a Ralph Burnet Scholarship. This annual scholarship program is offered locally to graduating high school seniors who are the son or daughter of a Coldwell Banker Burnet Home Services independent sales associate or full-time employee. The scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, extra-curricular activities, and scores on college entrance exams.
Rachel Davis of Chanhassen is the winner of a $2000 scholarship. She is the daughter of Diana Davis, independent sales associate at the Minnetonka office. Rachel is a graduate of Minnetonka High School. As a natural leader she held many leadership positions including Backpack Tutoring, TLC, which promotes healthy decisions for an alcohol and drug free lifestyle and First Mate. Rachel was also instrumental in co-founding the We Act chapter at Minnetonka High School, a global service project. She was also a member of the National Honor Society. Rachel will be attending the University of Notre Dame in the fall.
