  • Music and Theater in the Park attendance dips: A total of 1,721 people attended this year’s eight Music in the Park concerts, down from 2,025 over nine concerts in 2012. Numbers weren’t helped by a rained-out event that saw 110 people attend. Rain caused Theater in the Park attendance to drop, too. This year’s series saw just 545 people attend four performances, with another performance cancelled entirely because of rain. Last year, 930 people attended Theater in the Park performances.
