Parenting a child with special needs can be challenging, especially for those also trying to meet the needs of their typically-developing children. A panel of St. David’s Center practitioners and professionals will discuss strategies for parents to help balance the ongoing needs of all their children. Attendees will also hear from a parent raising a child with special needs and share in the personal successes and challenges along the way.

More About St. David's Center for Child & Family Development
The Center helps develop a successful and community in Minnetonka by providing many community-oriented services including pre-school, therapy, special needs, mental health and intervention. Children as young as 15 months are accepted into the pre-school and day programs. Other programs are designed for adolescents and teens and can be suited specifically to special needs. St. David's Center's mission is to build meaningful relationships aimed at nurturing development of children and families in the community.
