Hello Chandler. As a civilian UAV/RPA pilot and member of the AMA, as well as a videographer,Read MoreSAFETY is always my number one priority. Civilian UAV/RPA pilots NEVER fly over 400' and follow all AMA and FAA 'legal' requirements. I'm not sure how closely you follow the current 'civilian' UAV/RPA policies here in the USA, other than the sound-bites you hear on the TV or read in the newspaper, so I've included two interesting articles, one locally that outline what the current state of regulations are regarding civilian UAV/RPA piloting. Please keep in mind, there have been UAV/RPA pilots flying for over 25 years through the AMA with NO trouble from the FAA. I've also included a link to the AMA for your review. Again, SAFETY, is my top priority when offering my services to Realtors and homeowners who are desiring low-altitude aerial footage to use in their marketing material to help sell their homes. If, after you've read through the information in the links, please don't hesitate to contact me. I hope "official" registration/licensing comes soon. A lot of kids are flying without supervision or training, endangering property and people. Again, please let me know if you need any further information. Cheers, Bill Holmquist Above U Productions aboveuproductions@gmail.com
