I just had the opportunity to drive down Woodhill from Hwy 7 to Co Rd 3 and road construction has started. The northbound lane has been patched albeit it appears to be done very poorly. There are rocks and tar debris all over both lanes. Maybe they are not done going over it but be careful out there with your vehicles.
