Don’t sit, get fit with the eight-week Williston Fitness Center weight loss
challenge. A fitness professional will guide you toward your weight loss
goals, as you learn to let go of old habits and embrace new, healthy
routines.

The program runs from April 8 to June 2, with a kick-off
informational meeting Sunday, April 7, from 1–2:30 p.m. at the
Williston Fitness Center. Program includes:

  • Presentation by a licensed nutritionist
  • Online nutrition coaching and tracking
  • Four 60-minute personal training sessions
  • 16 group fitness classes specifically  for participants
  • Wellness coaching
  • Individual & team challenges
  • Salad shaker and other prizes
