We're just a few days awayd from butter sculptures, the Mighty Midway and a whole lot of food on a stick.
The Minnesota State Fair starts on Aug. 25, and Minnetonka Patch wants to cover it wall-to-wall from a local angle. But we're going to need your help. Maybe you or someone you know is a "fair fanatic," with plans on going all 12 days? Or perhaps you're selling something, or competing in a fair event? Mysticknight Cavaliers will be at the Pet building on Thursday, opening day, with four cavalier king charles spaniels. You can ask questions of breeders and get to see and touch the cavaliers as well as take home a little something.
