Local Teen Chosen to Compete in Jeopardy! Teen Tourney
Nearly 10,000 students took an online test to snatch a spot, and 17-year-old Lila Anderson got one.
Lila Anderson, 17, a resident of Minnetonka who attends Providence Academy in Plymouth, will be among the 15 contestants vieing for a $75,000 grand prize.
Nearly 10,000 students took an online test to get a spot on the show.
Joe Vertnik, 17, of Mound Westonka High School, will also compete in the tournament. They travel to Los Angeles next week.
The episodes featuinrg the teens start airing Jan. 30, 2013.
