Bruegger's Bagels in Westwind Plaza Closes Temporarily on Sept. 26
As Caribou heads across the street, Bruegger's finds itself homeless for now. Staff says either a Chipotle or Noodles and Company will be moving in.
Bruegger's Bagels, located in Minnetonka's Westwind Plaza on County Road 101, will be homeless for a couple of months.
Due to the circumstances, Bruegger's must be out of their current location by the end of this month. They plan to remain open through Sept. 26.
However, Bruegger's plans to reopen in a month or two in the same area of Westwind Plaza, possible between the dry cleaners and Hot Springs Spa, said James Rothstein, a manager at Bruegger's.
Until they reopen, employees will transfer to the Eden Prairie location at 16528 W. 78th Street in the Prairie Village shopping center that is anchored by Kowalski's.
Bruegger's staff shared this message Friday on Facebook:
"We know that stopping by our location is a part of very many people's daily and weekly routines, and for that reason we are working hard to secure another location within Westwind Plaza. Due to the timing of our receiving this news, we will be forced to be closed for an unknown amount of time, but are planning on being open before the end of the year."
Staff will continue to post updates on their Bruegger's Westwind Plaza Facebook page.
