Start the new year with healthier habits through a 12 week program that encourages weight loss and fun.
Get fit with the Williston Fitness Center’s weight loss challenge! During this 12-week program, led by fitness center staff, you’ll replace your old habits with new, healthier habits so you can lose weight and have fun! The weight loss challenge starts January 16 and continues through April 9, 2012.
The program includes:
- One nutrition consultation with a Licensed Nutritionist
- Two nutrition presentations/workshops
- Four 60-minute personal training sessions
- 12 group fitness classes, specifically for program participants
- Twice-monthly one-on-one meetings
- Individual and team challenges
- T-shirt and great prizes
Register between December 1, 2011, and January 6, 2012. Kickoff meeting is Sunday, January 15, 1–2:30 p.m. Cost: $199 for Williston Fitness Center members; $299 for non-members.
